Thank you very much for your lovely comments and for helping me choose my new header. There were some votes for the new version of my old shelf banner but the majority liked the collage one better and so here it is :-).
Have you ever been happy about price tags? Well, call me crazy but I jumped for joy when I found a bag full of these at the flea market. It was the first time ever I saw such vintage ones here in Germany. I’m looking forward to using them in collages and for decoration.
These kid’s size shoemaker’s lasts were another wonderful find.
I couldn’t resist some old clothespins and as usual I brought home a couple of laces and doilies. Don’t you love that vintage tobacco package? It had never been opened. The lady who sold it to me, told me that she had worked in the US for a while and had found it in the attic of an old house in Tennessee. NO, I won’t start smoking now, lol.
I have a thing for white sauce boats and this is my third one. Does that mean I have a collection now? I like to use them to store supplies like those faux pearl necklaces because it’s practical and makes a lovely decoration at the same time.
Some rusty loveliness in form of scissors and fittings. I also found these cute photos, a pretty brooch and a cognac colored die.
When I opened our mailbox on Saturday, I was very excited to discover a package coming from the UK. Angela of The English Romantic had sent me the most gorgeous pin keep. Her work is fabulous and I just love the soft colors and her wonderful choices of fabric, laces and embellishments.

I adore all of Angela’s beautiful creations and I’m sure you will too, when you hop over to her great blog.
Thank you so much, dear Angela! You made me very happy.
Within the next week it will be time to send out birthday packages to some very dear friends. When they have reached their destinations and had been unpacked, I’ll be able to show you what I’ve been creating lately.
Have a lovely week everyone!
HUGS,
Julia
