Even though I had started pretty early on my Easter decoration, it didn't get finished this year. After I had arranged swaps with three wonderful blogging friends, I enjoyed more working on things for the girls then to get my decoration done. I had been so excited that those sweet girls agreed to swap with me, that I wanted to start working right away on the ideas that had popped into my mind. Therefore I can show you only a little bit of Easter decoration.

You might remember Santa's Helper, Mr. Bunny. He now returned to his original profession.

That's his wife, Mrs. Bunny. She was a flea market find of last year and they fell in love immediately. See the earring? That had been a Christmas gift from her sweet husband. Lucky girl!

Finally some large decoupaged papier maché eggs. I didn't really find a lovely way to display them together.

Have a very Happy Easter with your loved ones, dear friends! I wish you a wonderful and sunny day!

Happy Easter Sweet Julia!!!!!
I love Mr. & Mrs. Bunny...They make a fantastic couple!!! ;)
Those eggs are gorgeous girl...so pretty in all that shredded paper.
ooooo you wouldn't be talking about "our" swaps, would you? I'm so eggs-cited about it, I can't stand it! I got some great goodies to put it the mix! Creating for you is like creating for myself...we are just alike! The only thing bad about that scenario is...I don't want to let it go! haha!!!!
Love you girl...I'm hoping your Easter is full of blessings, both large and small!!!!!

If you are swapping with Jodie then you are one lucky girl! Love your decoupaged eggs. I only made two but plan to finish up the rest of the plastic eggs I have. Although the kids did enjoy having egg hunts all around the house with them. I just think they will be so much nicer with a new and improved look. Hope you had a wonderful Easter and that the rest of your week is filled with joy and many blessings, Tammy

Und was deine "little bit of Easter decoration" betrifft: Ein schönes, wenn auch sehr unterschiedliches Paar, Mr & Mrs Bunny (samt Ohrring ;o))!

Can you believe I bought that same heavy iron rabitt for Easter this year? I had it on my garden table. And I also decorated huge pm eggs with lace tee hee
I like all your latest creations very much dear Julia and your swap for Lisa was truly magical. Hope you've meanwhile gotten her parcel too! I'm intrigued now to see what you got in exchange.
I just posted about my latest swaps today, so fun!

These eggs are to die for...I especially LOVE the newsprint on the eggs. I saw you said you could not find a good way to display them...Have you ever made them into ornaments? You can string a ribbon through them and then hang them on an Easter Tree!
